My Experience

There will be many days in a year where you will not feel motivated to standup and go to gym after work. If you are physically tired then it makes sense to take rest but if its just mental exhaustion than its quite likely that you are running low on dopamine . If you observe some of your typical work days where you have achieved something you will have lot of energy to go and that’s because you have enough dopamine in your body and that also explains why we have lot of energy on Friday evenings even after a long day at work. Supplementations like prework out and caffeine may support in lifting dopamine levels but nothing beats inner self created motivation. Hence my suggestion is to achieve sustainable levels of dopamine in long run like balanced diets , daily walks , getting enough sun, meditation, yoga etc. and keep the supplement for special days.
